Our Son & Daughter in Law take cooking & drink making classes to enjoy the local food/drinks wherever they travel either in the US or in Europe when on vacation.

I was told that if you register early enough you get to choose the menu:) They enjoyed this class and brought back some tasty morsels.

Taking our New Orleans skills with us, for dinner tonight we made Shrimp Remoulade from our cooking class and made the chicken version of turtle soup for tomorrow night. Why? where can you get turtle meat? So chicken it is!
