Wing Hoe – 5356 N Sheridan Rd., (773) 275-4550., winghoerestaurant.com
Q-tips say: Was aWomen’s outing for lunch. Decent restaurant that has been around a long time. Good soups/food and reasonably priced. Nothing seems to be too spicy. They have their own parking lot – easy to get in/out. Good for groups and they do deliver. If you want to try a decent Chinese Food Rest., try Wing Hoe. Some people eating lunch and a few came in for take out.
Mrs. Q says: The visit with a friend was good. However, my food was just average. The broth of the chicken soup was good and not salty. The Assorted tray for two included 2 each – Crab Rangoon, Egg rolls, Ribs, Chinese fried shrimp. The Crab Rangoon, Fried Shrimp were so heavily breaded it was difficult to find the Crab & the Shrimp. My friend had a luncheon special which included a lot of rice, veggies, & maybe shrimp & Egg Drop Soup.
Mrs. Q says: I had my fill of Wing Hoe and it will be a while till I return.
