Now open for business: always outdoor seating w/ exceptional Lake & Chi-town views.

The Q’s had: Each had a Beyond Brat – beer-soaked bratwurst w & onions , delicious whole grain mustard w/ Great Lakes kettle chips.  You cannot beat the food/beer/and the wonderful Lake Michigan  & awesome weather. If windy weather or very hot we take out and eat on  our enclosed Waterfront Balcony.

Q-Tips say: Go and enjoy! The food is good, a relaxing and beautiful outdoor setting,  free WIFI, and friendly service. Can’t beat the views!   In case of a not so sunny day, we order out & enjoy the food on our enclosed condo balcony-my “She Shed.”  Mrs. Q’s favorite is: So far, the Beer Brat.   It is yummy but this time they did not offer sauerkraut or ground stone mustard for the brat.

PHONE 773.761.3294 call ahead if inclement weather to be sure they are open. At the present, hours are: Noon to 9:00pm. Kitchen closes one hour before.

Located just minutes from downtown, The Waterfront Café is housed in a historic landmark coach house attached to one of the few remaining mansions that once lined Chicago’s Lakefront. The Waterfront Café sits in the middle of Berger Park and is perfect for intimate gatherings up to 100 guests. The outside patio features live entertainment on weekends and always features breathtaking lake views.  Yes, they do serve alcoholic: drinks, beer, wine. Entertainment some evenings.
