We shared the bread.
Q’s had: Margaritas
Q-tips shared: Queso de Cabra con Tomate – Baked Goat cheese in tomato sauce, garlic bread. Gambas al Ajillo – Sauteed shrimp with olive oil, garlic and chiles. Chuletas de Cordero – Baby lamb chops in a savory red wine sauce served with couscous.
Helen had: Red Sangria & they shared Berenjenas Rellenas con Queso, Pulpito a la Plancha, Empanadeilla de Cordero. Dessert: shared Creme Brulee.
Michael had: Water- They shared: Berenjenas Rellenas con Queso (GF) – Baked stuffed eggplant with whipped goat cheese.
Pulpito a la Plancha – Grilled baby octopus served on a bed of escarole, olive oil, and balsamic. Empanadeilla de Cordero– Puffed pastry filled with lamb, and chorizo, drizzled with honey mustard mayo. Dessert: shared Creme Brulee.
