Pier 22 – Good drinks, food, ambiance & nice service . Had a wonderful time with long time friend, Roger.
Q’s had: Old Fashion – Maker’s Mark Whiskey, simple syrup, orange bitters.
We shared: Spring rolls.
Good Friend had: Sangria & Braised Ribs – molasses coffee barbecue, slaw & Point Judith Calamari – 8 oz., fried calamari and soy mustard sauce.
Mrs. Q had: French Onion Soup – Caramelized sweet onions with fresh thyme, toasted croutons and melted provolone & 1976 – Iceberg lettuce and Parmesan dressing finished with applewood smoked bacon crumbles, chopped egg and Parmesan cheese.
Mr. Q had: New England Clam Chowder – Creamy chowder filled with fresh clams, potatoes and vegetables, served with oyster crackers & Mussels and Bleu – 12 oz., white wine, garlic butter, spinach, bleu cheese, bacon.
