Our Goodbye dinner with Sean, our Son & Danielle, our favorite Daughter in Law. Both began their meals with a cup of Garlic Soup,
Each had their own delicious Drinks – Old Fashions & Perfect Manhattans. Our appetizer was: Mussels.
Danielle had: Boeuf a la Diane – Beef stewed in red wine, Dijon mustard, brandy and mushrooms.
Sean had: Le Filet Mignon – A generous 8 ag. cut charbroiled as you like it, Bearnaise sauce and brandy.
Both Q-tips had: Mushroom Soup & Lamb Chops cooked to your liking with fine herbs potatoes & veggies.
Desserts:
Strawberry Romanoff – A rich sauce of Strawberries, Triple Sec, Brandy and whipped cream, put together table side, spooned on vanilla ice cream.
