The park has a paved walking trail that has exercise machines along the trail, a dock area overlooking a lake, nice bathroom facilities, a playground and picnic tables under a covered pavilion. Nice quiet park with friendly people.
Yes, we do feed the fish & turtles with small pieces of saltine crackers.
The park is planned out very well both for various exercise stations as well as interest for kids. Lots of birds and trees, lovely walk in nature & enjoy the turtles/fish in the lake.
Had a nice walk in Conservatory Park is a 55 acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. Manatee County purchased the property in August 2004 with assistance from the Florida Communities Trust under the Florida Forever program.
