10/30/23 – A writer (Paul Rudd) retires after a personal tragedy and becomes a disabled teen’s caregiver. When the two embark on an impromptu road trip, their ability to cope is tested as they start to understand the importance of hope and friendship.
Q-tips say: YES, see it. An enjoyable lightweight comedy & drama.
Mrs. Q says: The cast all turn in convincing performances, and the dialogue is occasionally quite clever – though there is cursing, but not anything you have not heard before. A fairly standard road trip comedy made enjoyable by some solid gags. See it and enjoy.
