Q-tips say: Yes, we enjoyed it. Unfrosted is silly and dumb, but it’s meant to be silly and dumb. You don’t expect it to take anything seriously and it really, really doesn’t.

This is a silly comedy that doesn’t take itself serious at all. It’s the fictional retelling of how the Pop-Tart was invented. It has a star-studded cast, with whom each pull off their roles very nicely, and it was a fun time, but it is not a great movie by any stretch of the imagination. Turn your brain off when you go into this one, and you will have some cheesy fun.

Dealing with a female stalker, a man is forced to face a dark, buried trauma.

Netflix – streaming – Baby Reindeer is about the traumatic life of a struggling comedian who is stalked by a woman called Martha Scott and is sexually assaulted by someone seemingly high up in the entertainment industry. In the opening sequence of the series, viewers are told in an on-screen message: “This is a true story.”

Q-tips say: We did enjoy. Donny has moved to London, with dreams of becoming a comedian, but things don’t quite work out. Working at a bar, he makes a friendly gesture to Martha, a gesture he’ll come to regret.

While the show has moments of humor, it’s like a thin sheet of ice over deeper, darker themes.

Additionally, the tension between comedy, fear, and danger keeps viewers engaged throughout the series.

As Martha’s behavior becomes more obsessive and Donny’s life unravels,  the show takes viewers on a relentless downward spiral.

Overall, this series is highly recommended for those who are ready for an intense and unsettling journey.

Q-tips say: Yes, watch it. We enjoyed.

In Limbo tells the story of Nate and Charlie. Nate died ( not a spoiler, keep your shorts on), and Charlie still sees Nate as he can not "pass over."

Which means, Nate, can not get into the after-world, because he is in limbo.

A premise, done before? Yes. Has it been done better? 100 percent No. This show is so enjoyable. 

Can't even begin to tell you how wonderful these two play off each other. And Emma Harvie who plays Freya, Nate's widow, along with all the supporting cast are fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this  series. Just, Wonderful.

With songs like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and “Walk Like a Man,” the quartet finds itself at the top of the charts. However, personal and professional problems threaten to tear the group apart.

Q-tips say: Yes, watch it & enjoy like we did.

John Lloyd Young exceptionally recreates his Tony winning performance as Frankie Valli. The movie allows for a deeper telling of this the story of the Four Season. The musical performances are amazing. What is often overlooked is that ALL of the actors are singing LIVE! They are not lip syncing. An entertaining movie with great acting. Highly recommend this movie.

Mrs. Q says: Be warned that you might find yourself singing along with them. I knew nothing about Frankie Vallie & the Four Seasons history but I liked their music. I was honest about they bickered & how one of the group’s criminal past caught up with him. So there is a moral in a way. Christopher walken was very good & you root might for Frankie all the way, even when he fails to help his daughter & cheats on his wife.

For those of us who are not boomers & have no sentimental attachment to the music, it is still entertaining enough to hold some interest.

Based on a remarkable true story, ORDINARY ANGELS centers on Sharon Steves (Hilary Swank), a fierce but struggling hairdresser in small-town Kentucky who discovers a renewed sense of purpose when she meets Ed Schmitt (Alan Ritchson), a widower working hard to make ends meet for his two daughters. With his youngest daughter waiting for a liver transplant, Sharon sets her mind to helping the family and will move mountains to do it. What unfolds is the inspiring tale of faith, everyday miracles, and ordinary angels.

Q-tips say:Yes, Watch it! We did enjoy it.

Mrs. Q says: The acting was good, the story was good, the pace was good, the tears were good, and the ending was lovely. Rate this: “make some popcorn and get some tissues because you’ll see a good movie.“

 Felt quite emotional at times. Hilary Swank did well in her role.

DEALING WITH DAD follows Margaret Chang as she reluctantly goes back to her hometown with her hapless brothers to deal with the sudden depression of their dad. The thing is, everybody hates him and he’s actually nicer depressed than well.

Q-tips say: Yes, we did enjoy.

Mrs. Q says: Dealing with Dad focuses on a dysfunctional family that everyone will likely be able to relate to. It’s also funny and full of heart.

The fact is, we don’t know what our parents were like before we were born, and we certainly don’t know the sacrifices they have made for us. Especially if they refuse to talk about their past. 

That is what truly sets this film apart from others like it. It is easy to become invested in this family, and fall in love with them.

Q-tips say: We did enjoy it. Mrs. Q liked it because he travels to Italy – the sites are wonderful & so is his acting.

Mrs. Q says: The first part is not that dark, but the second part might be highly disturbing to many viewers. Ripley keeps people guessing until the very last moment, and that’s what makes it so interesting.

Tom Ripley is someone who is only happy when he can be satisfied with his ability to outsmart people. He is only truly comfortable when he is lying, weaving tales for inspectors on his trail or suspicious friends.
